If you are receiving a warning message that your pixel is not working you will need to visit the page where you placed the pixel in order to activate it.

Type the URL for that page into your web browser to visit the page.

Then check back inside your Facebook Business Manager to see if the pixel turned green. If it has you have successfully activated your pixel!

If not, please return to your custom conversions or replace the pixel again and retry.
