Step 1 Go to the new software

Step 2 Set up your Account

Visit the website https://app.theoasis.co

  1. Register for a new account by click "Register now"

  2. Be sure read and sign the affiliate agreement

3. Enter your information into the fields

a. For Brand choose your name if you are a personal brand or choose your business name.

b. For ROLE choose "AFFILIATE"

4. Be sure to read the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

5. Check that you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy

6. Click Register

7. Now check the email address that you signed up with for a verification email from;

Set Up Payout Information

1. Log back into your account

2. Click on the money $ symbol in the left sidebar

3. Select your country and enter your banking account information.

4. If your country is NOT listed in the drop down please click the link use Tipalti. If you have to use Tipalti skip to the next section. (Do Not use this option if your country is in the Dropdown menu. This is a no charge option to pay you out directly into your bank account of choice!)

5. Select the type of entity you are operating as a business. (Check with a tax accountant in your area if you are unsure.)

6. Choose your industry

TIPALTI SIGN UP

1. Complete this form to set up your payment information. Be advised wire transfer is expensive so choose ACH or direct deposit for a cheaper fee for your payout ($1 in most cases.)

Step 3 Transfer Your Domain From Clickfunnels

If you are using a new domain skip to Step 4.

Log into your Clickfunnels Account

1. Click your logo in the top right hand corner of the screen.A dropdown menu will appear.

2. Choose "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

3. Scroll down to the Setup section on the left side of the screen.

Click "Domains"

4. Find the Domain or multiple domains you want to use on the software.

Click the three dots to the right of the domain.

Choose "Edit"

5. Scroll down to Remove Domain

Click the "Expand" button.

6. Click the button "Yes, delete this domain"

You have removed your domain from Clickfunnels.

Now you want to point your domain to the Oasis software so you can use it for your funnels.

STEP 4: Purchase Your Domain

Purchase a domain if you still haven't purchased one yet. We suggest Namecheap as it is the easiest to integrate with our software.

NOTE: choose a domain ending in:

  • .com

  • .co

  • .net

  • .org

  • .io

Uncommon domains endings like .life may not be supported by our software. If you choose these types of domains you may have to re-purchase another domain if it will not activate on our server. It is strongly suggested you use the domain endings listed above.

STEP 5: Setting Up Your Domain Using Cloudflare

STEP 1: Purchase Your Domain

Purchase a domain if you still haven't purchased one yet. We suggest Namecheap as it is the easiest to integrate with our software.

STEP 2: SETTING UP YOUR DOMAIN IN CLOUDFLARE

Cloudflare is a free domain hosting service that offers ease of domain integration and even an increase in site loading and site security. It's easy to set up too.

Here is how to set up your account in Cloudflare:

  1. Create an account on Cloudflare

  2. Click Add a Site

3. Enter your domain name

4. Choose the FREE Plan you will not need any other plan

5. Check if the CNAME records below are in your account. If not you will need to add them. If there are other A records or CNAME records other than the ones below, delete them. Please leave MX or TXT records they will not affect your domain

6. Click Add Record

Choose CNAME Record

Host @

Points to enter: target.app.theoasis.co

Set the Proxy Status to Proxied

Click Save

7. Click Add Record again

Choose CNAME Record

Host www

Points to: @

Set the Proxy Status again to Proxied

Click Save

8. You will now have to log back into your domain host (wherever you purchased your domain from. Examples: Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) and change your name servers to Cloudflare.

In Namecheap, you will click the "Domain List" on the left sidebar and then click the "Manage" button next to your domain. (This may be different for different hosts, but look for "Name Servers")

9. Scroll down to locate "Nameservers" and choose "Custom DNS" from the dropdown menu

10. Copy and paste the two name servers that Cloudflare provides to you as you see in the example below (scroll down to find your name servers inside your own Cloudflare account)

11. Now return back to your Cloudflare tab and click "Done Check Name Servers"

You will then be asked to Configure your domain settings

Click the "Get Started" button

Click Save on "HTTPS" rewrites to leave this feature on

12. Turn on always use HTTPS and click Save(this ensure your site is always secure)

13. Click all three boxes on the Minify screen and click save.

14. For Brotli leave on and click save (speeds up your site)

15. Then Click Finish

Add a page rule to your domain

  1. Click the Page rule icon at the top of the page inside of Cloudflare.

  2. Click the "Create Page Rule" button

  3. type in www.yourdomain.com/* (replace yourdomain with your domain name)

  4. For the settings choose "Forwarding URL" and then choose "301 - Permanent Redirect"

  5. In the "Enter destination URL" file choose type in https://yourdomain.com/$1 ( replace yourdomain with your actual domain name without the www)

  6. Then click "save and deploy"

Add your domain to your Oasis Account

  1. Go to the software and go to the settings icon.

  2. Click Add your domain and type in your domain without the www (example yourdomain.com)

  3. It may take a couple of minutes to update but you should notice your domain verify quite quickly on the Oasis Dashboard.

YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ADDED YOUR DOMAIN!

IT MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HOURS FOR YOUR DOMAIN TO VERIFY SO BE PATIENT.

If your domain won't verify check the following:

  1. Check that you removed it from Clickfunnels.

  2. Make sure you did NOT add www to the domain when they added it to the software and that you do not have additional CNAME or A records added inside your domain host.

  3. If all the above is correct remove the domain from the software and re-add it again.

Note: It can up to 24 hours to verify so wait for at least one hour before contacting Support.

  1. Go to the software and go to the settings icon.

  2. Click Add your domain and type in your domain (do no use www).

  3. It may take a couple of minutes to update but you should notice your domain verify quite quickly on the Oasis Dashboard.

Step 6 Partner With A Product

  1. Click on the Marketplace.

  2. Choose the product you want to partner with.

  3. In the dropdown, select your domain

  4. Select "generate link".

  5. Copy your link.

  6. Paste your link into a new window to make sure your funnel is working properly.

  7. Test each step of the funnel.Default URL endings are

    1. /masterclass

    2. /training

    3. /schedule

    4. /success

    5. /purchase-confirmed

    6. /deposit-purchase-confirmed (ONLY FOR ELEVATE)

  8. NOTE: Each domain can only be connected to one product.

NOTE: If you are new and haven't been directing traffic yet to your product, you can stop here for now. The later steps will make sense when you get to the appropriate sections of the Elevate course, and you can come back and reference these steps when needed.

Step 7: Adding Your Facebook Pixel

  1. Head to your Facebook Business manager

  2. Choose "Settings" and then "Business Settings"

3. Scroll down to the Data Sources Section

4. Click on Pixels

5. Enter your Pixel Name and Your domain name (example: yourdomain.com)

6. Click the blue "Continue" button

7. Choose "Set Up Pixel" Now

8. Choose "Manually add pixel code to website"

9. Copy the code that appears

10. Go to the Oasis Platform

a. Go to the "Settings Tab"

b. Hit the "+" button under the FB Pixel section

c. Paste your pixel code here

11. Visit your website domain again to check that your pixel is working.

12. Continue on with the set up for custom conversion events after pasting pixel code in the Oasis software if necessary.

Step 8 Set up Your FB Ads Tracking

Inside your Oasis Dashboard you will see the following parameters:

Campaign Source Medium and Content

This allows us to view our data at a deeper level, and see exactly where our leads, calls, and sales are coming from.

The screenshots below are from the Facebook Business Manager. Please follow along with the Elevate Course on Facebook Ads to set up your tracking links inside the Facebook Business Manager

Set Up Your UTM Parameter For Facebook Ads

  1. Click the "Build URL Parameter" Link

2. You must customize this using the Campaign Source as the name of the Product and Campaign Medium as the name of the platform where you are running your ads from.

a. The Campaign Source identifies the source of the product. Just copy and paste the names as exactly as they are below omitting the words in brackets and paste them into the URL builder:

  • Elevate

  • AgencyTycoons

  • Ascend

  • RMR (rewire my retirement)

  • CIC (clarity in crisis)

  • SAF (stone age fuel)

  • Breathe

  • Alpha

  • Rise

  • Breakthrough

  • OasisPartner (Oasis brand partner funnel)

b. The Campaign Medium identifies the medium within that source. Copy the name exactly as it appears below and paste it under Campaign Medium in your URL builder.

  • FacebookAds

  • YouTubeAds

  • Organic

  • Instagram

c. The Campaign Name you will use the dynamic parameter for the adset, since all of our ads are running from the same campaign.

i. Using unique adset names also easily allows you to identify which campaign the data is coming from (if you have multiple campaigns).

d. Campaign Content you will use the dynamic parameter for ad.

Step 9 Set Up Tracking For YouTube Ads Google Tag Manager

Installing A Google Tag

  1. Head to the admin section of your google tag manager account

2. On the right hand side side select "Install Google Tag Manager"

3. Copy the head code

4. Go back to your Oasis site.

5. Go to "Settings"

a. Click the "+" button under GTM code

b. Paste your code in the head section.

6. Go back to Google Tag Manager

a. Copy the body code

7. Go back to your Oasis site.

a. Go back to "Settings"

b. Click the "+" button under GTM code

c. Paste your code in the body section.

Step 10 UTM Parameter Tracking for YouTube

  1. Go to your account settings in Google Ads

  2. Enter the following tracking template as shown below (change PRODUCTNAME to whatever product you are promoting). Copy the name of the product exactly as it is written below (omit the words in brackets).

    • Elevate

    • AgencyTycoons

    • Ascend

    • RMR (rewire my retirement)

    • CIC (clarity in crisis)

    • SAF (stone age fuel)

    • Breathe

    • Alpha

    • Rise

    • Breakthrough

  3. The Campaign Medium identifies the medium within that source. Copy the name exactly as it appears below and paste it under Campaign Medium in your URL builder.

3. When creating ads, enter the values for the custom {_campaign} and {_ad} parameters for each ad under "Ad URL options (advanced)", such as in the example below (note you don't need to add the tracking template here if you added it on the account-level):

Step 11 Adding UTM Parameters for Organic Traffic

You can set up your dashboard to track for Organic Leads & Sales by creating UTM parameters.


You can create these in the Marketplace listing for your product, as shown below:

You can set the parameter values in whichever way you find helpful; however, when setting the "Source" to your product name, and the "Medium" to "Organic".

For the Source Copy the product name exactly how it is written below and paste it into the URL builder. Omit the words in brackets they should not be added to the:

  • Elevate

  • AgencyTycoons

  • Ascend

  • RMR (rewire my retirement)

  • CIC (clarity in crisis)

  • SAF (stone age fuel)

  • Breathe

  • Alpha

  • Rise

  • Breakthrough

  • OasisPartner (Oasis brand partner funnel)

For the Medium copy the word Organic and paste it in the Campaign space in the software like the screenshot above.

Click on "generate link" and then click on the "copy" symbol in the lower-right corner of the box, and then you can use the link when driving traffic from sources besides Facebook and YouTube.
